Instruction:

  The direction of sublimation heat transfer paper

1.      What is the transfer paper?

Firstly, use the inject printer especially six color which use the sublimation ink to print out the picture of image, scenery, character onto the transfer paper. With the heat transfer machine heating to about 200 centigrade, the sublimation ink on the transfer paper will filter to transferred object in the form of gasification in order to make the picture be transferred to material like textile, mug, platevividly..

2.      Use the special transfer paper.

Be sure of using the sublimation ink which is made from dispersing dye. It will be sublimated and dye with transfer object. Good quality ink no plug, realistic color, good stability.

3.  Adjust the moderate color.

  Adjust the moderate color in the computer, avoiding not easy to dry because of the too much ink. Please check the transfer effect after adjusting.

4 Adjust the suitable temperature and time

 The transfer temperature arrangement is about 170-200 centigrade, time about 60 seconds. Make a trail before large transferring.

5. Make sure of the working surface, paper, transferred object be close to each other  tightly, no any extra space, otherwise,   there will be a vague phenomenon.

6. The merit of the sublimation transfer

Sublimation heat transfer picture and word are with a brilliant color, rich. The effort is equal to print. Because its under a high temperature to make the sublimation ink filter into object, forming brilliant and bright picture after cold down, so that the transferred object is durable, the color wont fade.
